So let the fabulous fungus be praised. The 5th Annual Napa Truffle Festival is right around the corner (Jan 16-19), so we’re here to make your truffle talents shine with some tips from the top chefs. Led by the American Truffle Company, the Napa Truffle Festival is a full-on celebration of the tried and true MVM (Most Valuable Mushroom, of course.)
